Customer satisfaction is our priority. This Refund Policy outlines how we handle returns, exchanges, and refunds at six3autowerks.com.
1. Returns Eligibility
To qualify for a return:
- Items must be unused and in original packaging
- Return request must be initiated within 14 days of delivery
- Proof of purchase is required (order number or receipt)
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for returns:
- Personalized/customized products
- Clearance or final sale items
- Items damaged due to misuse or improper installation
3. How to Initiate a Return
Email support@six3autowerks.com with:
- Your order number
- Item(s) you wish to return
- Reason for the return
We’ll provide the return address and instructions.
4. Shipping Costs
You are responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item or damaged on arrival).
5. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days
- A confirmation email will be sent once the refund is processed
6. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund:
- Double-check your bank account
- Contact your bank or card provider
- If still unresolved, email us at support@six3autowerks.com
7. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. For an exchange, email support@six3autowerks.com with photos and a description.
8. Cancellations
Orders can be canceled within 6 hours of purchase. After that, we cannot guarantee cancellation as processing may have begun.
